円錐ドリッパーを魔改造！？コーヒー層の深さを均一化『LilyDrip』
タイプは2種類 『LILY』と『GIO』の2タイプ。
『LILY』を使用することにより、味わいのボディが増し、
甘味と豊かで心地よい風味が引き立ちます。
『GIO』は『LILY』よりも抽出時間が短くなり、
フルーティさとアロマをより感じることができます。
今回は LilyDrip GIO ジオ で浅煎りコーヒーを抽出してみました！
ほとんどの円錐形ドリッパーに対応。
コーヒーの異なる風味を引き出してくれます。
『LilyDrip』があれば、何種類ものドリッパーを所有せずとも、
コーヒーの様々な味わいを楽しむことができます。
【LilyDripの機能】
1.コーヒー粉の深さを均一化 『LilyDrip』はコーヒー粉の深さを減らし、より多くの粉を「スイートゾーン」に保つことで抽出を効率化し、 より良いフレーバーを引き出してくれます。
2.抽出を強化 より均一な抽出を促し、過抽出を防ぐのに役立ちます。 通常より幅広い湯温・挽目でのドリップを可能にします。
3.抽出時間の短縮 コーヒー粉の深さが低いため、湯がより早く通過し、抽出時間が短くなります。
【LilyDripの仕組み】
『LilyDrip』を円錐形ドリッパーに置くと、コーヒー粉の深さが約50％減少し（最大豆量15gまでの場合）
表面積が2倍になります。
これにより、よりフレーバーの損失を少なくし、豊かな抽出が可能となります。

There are two types: ‘LILY’ and ‘GIO’. Using ‘LILY’ enhances the body of the flavor, bringing out the sweetness and a rich, pleasant taste. ‘GIO’ has a shorter extraction time than ‘LILY’, allowing you to feel more of the fruity and aromatic notes.
This time, we extracted light roast coffee using the LilyDrip GIO.
Compatible with most cone-shaped drippers. It brings out different flavors in the coffee. With ‘LilyDrip’, you can enjoy various flavors of coffee without owning multiple drippers.
[Functions of LilyDrip]
- Uniforming the Depth of Coffee Grounds ‘LilyDrip’ reduces the depth of the coffee grounds, keeping more grounds in the “sweet zone,” thereby enhancing extraction efficiency and drawing out better flavors.
- Enhancing Extraction It promotes more uniform extraction and helps prevent over-extraction. It allows for a wider range of water temperatures and grind sizes than usual.
- Shortening Extraction Time Due to the lower depth of the coffee grounds, water passes through more quickly, reducing the extraction time.
[Mechanism of LilyDrip] When you place ‘LilyDrip’ in a cone-shaped dripper, the depth of the coffee grounds decreases by about 50% (for a maximum bean amount of up to 15g), and the surface area doubles. This minimizes flavor loss and enables a richer extraction.
